He still showed up ‘cause he knows he has to work twice as hard to be (considered) half as good. People need to realize this happens all of the time, every day, not just in the news. He’s lucky to be alive. I hope mom sues the crap out of them!
Please, help me raise awareness of the systematic racism. This must STOP.
It’s my understanding that Black voters are aligning with Trump in greater and greater numbers as election day draws near. This is a picture of Donald Trump with his parents. For those of you too young to know the significance of what they are wearing, they are Klan robes, an in the Ku Klux Klan, and they were life long members. Fred Trump, Donald’s father was arrested in 1927 at an event for Klansmen, almost 2 decades before Donald was born. This picture is towards the end of Fred Trump’s life in 1999. Fred Trump, Donald Trump’s father, was a member of the Klan for more than SEVENTY years. Yet, this year, Donald Trump said he didn’t know enough about the Klan to disavow them. Why would he lie about that?
I am BEGGING everyone to please repost this and repost it often until election day. Donald Trump is a liar and a racist. His not so hidden agenda is to restore white power to America. Understand that his policies will be detrimental to Black people in ways far greater and more far-reaching than we can comprehend.
Which is precisely why I posted the link to his father’s 1927 arrest at a Klan event. His father was a Klan member.
And this is further proof that his father was the same Fred Trump and very well may have been involved in the killing of someone.

DONT YOU KNOW KOREAN oh snap
Rebloging to again add:
Seriously, it’s easy to just see this as pro-women. But it is so very much more.
I adore my homeland, but let’s be real. The very very vast majority of violent crimes that are reported are against women. This is not some sudden nor recent thing, either. South Korea ranks 117 of 142 countries for gender equality - even the wage gap is absolutely absurd. Women are literally dragged into nightclubs by staff to attract men. Nearly 90% of violent crime reports are women. Accusing a rapist is often met with defamation suits. Criticizing the police and government for failing to take this problem seriously similarly encounters resistance, legal action, and social ostracism. Mothers out of wedlock are often forced to have abortions by their family on threat of being disowned - and are often disowned afterwards regardless. Children of unwed parents can find great difficulty finding employment.
THIS IS NOT JUST A MOMENT OF ATTITUDE AND EMPOWERMENT.
From an asian perspective, especially a Korean one, this is a revolutionary and violent response to the misogynistic attitude in South Korean and much of Asia.
Where westerners are seeing something to cheer with a smile, I see something to cheer with a fist in the air. My sisters in Korea are literally facing rape, exclusion, and death simply for being my sisters.
Yes, please be thrilled to see this sort of thing. Absolutely! But please understand the culture this comes from is very different from your experiences.
The standing rock tribe are being silenced about what is going on up there with the Dakota access pipe line.
I beg of you to help me get the topic out. It will affect millions of lives. The pipe will leave into the tribes only source of drinking water. We are trying so hard to get this out on twitter and facebook, but we are being silenced.
Today a security team came into the middle of a peaceful native american protest and numerous people got maced and bitten by the dogs.
I want you all to take a look at the terror on these young girls faces. Then I want you to take a look at the two aggressive dogs. When did it become OK to use dogs against children, mothers, fathers, brothers, sisters OUR freakin people!!! The police will only let a dog go if the suspect runs or the suspect is violent and causes a threat to the public of the officer. Do you see a weapon in these young girls hands? Do these girls look dangerous? The answer would be no. No they don’t. The people with the dogs aren’t even police officers! They are security guards. They couldn’t even keep control of their own dogs leading to them being attacked also.
Most of you won’t even bat an eyelid at my posts, others will be annoyed because of my constant posting. This is happening right this second and threatening millions of lives. I have to help. We can only break the silence if you join us in this fight. Just sharing my post helps the reality of the situation get out there. I now beg of you to share this post in support of the Standing Rock Sioux Tribe. Give them a bigger voice. Help them shout this from the roof tops. Please… Rachael <3<3#NoDAPL
Me: I don’t judge people on petty things like appearance. As long as we are true to ourselves, there’s no need for negativity :)

“I have advice for people who want to write. I don’t care whether they’re 5 or 500. There are three things that are important: First, if you want to write, you need to keep an honest, unpublishable journal that nobody reads, nobody but you. Where you just put down what you think about life, what you think about things, what you think is fair and what you think is unfair. And second, you need to read. You can’t be a writer if you’re not a reader. It’s the great writers who teach us how to write. The third thing is to write. Just write a little bit every day. Even if it’s for only half an hour — write, write, write.”

Mexican/American designer Ana Victoria Calderon’s work is deeply inspired by nature and its beauty. A native of the sunny Cancun area, Calderon combines her passion for the outdoors with stunning literature passages, which pay homage to inspirational thoughts and Mother Earth’s beauty.
Dreamy and intense, the watercolor portraits are composed of deep colors, mimicking the effect of a starry night, the beautiful aurora borealis and various sceneries. You can find her entire collection in her Etsy shop!
Kaepernick said the protest was his way of shedding light on racial inequality and police brutality in the US.
“I am not going to stand up to show pride in a flag for a country that oppresses black people and people of color,” he said in an interview with NFL Media on Aug. 27.
“To me, this is bigger than football and it would be selfish on my part to look the other way. There are bodies in the street and people getting paid leave and getting away with murder,” he added.
